Shipping Terms
Please read the below terms before making a purchase as well as before messaging us with post-purchase shipping inquiries. Thank you!
ALL shipments, unless under special request (ie EXPRESS shipping) generally take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on your point of delivery. This can be more or less and is just an estimate. Sometimes, postal services seem to be random, as I've had orders reach the UK before people in my own country receive their orders.
If you want an order EXPRESS shipped, please contact me before or after an order has been placed.
STANDARD SHIPPING
This is our default shipping option for if you buy a single patch or two (sometimes more so long as weight limits are not exceeded) and is sent untracked in an envelope. With that being said, we've shipped things for many years prior to opening this business and have not had anything arrive damaged or go missing. In the event that the weight of your order does NOT exceed the limit to automatically revert to tracked shipping, IF you want TRACKED, you will have to select it manually.
TRACKED SHIPPING
Tracked shipping is the default option for if an order exceeds a certain weight threshold (as determined by Canada Post). Tracking numbers will be provided in your email confirmation of order fulfilment and will be traceable through the Canada Post website until it reaches your country. Once the package lands in your country it will be traceable by your country's native mail delivery service.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All pre-order items will have a timeline for shipment on their respective listings. These are merely estimates and can be less than or more than the given timeline. Please pay attention to our social media for updates as I will always keep everybody informed on progress, delays, and general news. If you order anything else along with your pre-order item, they will not ship until ALL pre-order items are in hand and shipping. All items will ship together in the same order. If you want your other items mailed separately, please put in a separate order. If you're okay with a bit of delay on receiving your in stock items, they will be shipping once the pre-order item in your order is in hand.
